Junior Lessons
Junior lessons are individual 1-2-1 lessons, so the tutor can focus exclusively on the child's specific needs and imply topics of their interest. Also, we consider it very important that a child and tutor develop a trustful and positive relationship as this significantly enhances learning progress.
This process can take some time, especially if the students don't feel comfortable having lessons or have reservations regarding the target language. But you'll see their tutor will do their very best to bring as much fun to the classes as possible. Our first goal will be to encourage them to talk and make them talk with enthusiasm, for example, if they speak about their friends, hobbies, etc. Junior lessons are much more focused on speaking and expanding their vocabulary.
For students who want to improve their second language - in other words, their local language or ambient language - we offer one-on-one tutoring to help them with their schoolwork.
For students aged 6-10, we recommend sessions with 30 minutes as experience has shown, this is a very productive period for young learners. For students older than 10, we usually recommend our classic private lessons with a 45 minutes duration. However, it depends on their individual conditions, and each child is unique. Your tutor will recommend the duration of the lesson after the initial session.
